We offer a number of options for keeping your web site current:

Scenario 1: The web site is on OUR server and WE do the support & maintenance

You provide the updated content and we maintain and update the site so that you don't have to worry about the technical details. This can be done either on a per-hour charge or a monthly maintenance contract, as follows:

Support Package	Description
"Per-Hour" Support	Updates are made at a rate of $50/hour with a ½ hour minimum
Monthly Maintenance Package #1	Customer is billed $75/month which provides two (2) free hours per month whether used or not. Any additional hours are billed at $40/hour.
Monthly Maintenance Package #2	Customer is billed $100/month which provides three (3) free hours per month whether used or not. Any additional hours are billed at $35/hour.

Scenario 2: The web site is on OUR server, but YOU do the support & maintenance

If the site is hosted on one of our servers, but you prefer to maintain the web site yourself, we will create an FTP account to allow you to directly manage the files

Scenario 3: The web site is on YOUR server, but WE do the support & maintenance

Since the web site is on your server, you must provide an FTP account and a means for us to access your server in order to update the web site. Packages and rates are the same as in Scenario 1.
