In certain situations, we may need to directly access your PC in order to better understand and resolve your situation. We use the TeamViewer screen-sharing program to accomplish this.

Upon direction from us, please do the following:

  1. Click the "TeamViewer" logo below to download the TeamViewer program.

    (If you are asked if you want to RUN or SAVE the program, click SAVE.)

  2. Save the downloaded file to your desktop (so you can easily find it again).

  3. Start TeamViewer: Go to the desktop and double-click the "TeamViewerQS.exe" icon When TeamViewer starts, it will display a 9-digit ID number and a 4-digit password.

  4. Tell the C&G rep your 9-digit ID number

  5. When requested, tell the C&G rep the 4-digit password
    Note 1: If your firewall detects the connection and asks if you want the connection blocked or unblocked; select "unblock"
    Note 2: On Windows Vista, you may also get an alert from Windows Defender, click "Ignore"

  6. You will now be sharing your PC with the C&G rep. Both of you will be able to move the mouse, type on the keyboard, etc.
